How to prevent your hands from aging faster (Start now as young as 20!)

When it comes to skincare, we think of our faces, then our necks and decollete area are often reminded. But the most significant tell-tale sign of our age can be our own hands. Think about it; we receive so much sun exposure that it can drastically age the back of our hands. I know this sounds like an issue for the older generation. But this affects you too, even as young as your 20s! 

Our hands are essential because this is how we connect with the world; Ie: Handshake, prayer hands, reaching out to touch someone, holding hands, etc. 

Here are a few tips on how to protect your hands.

1. Protect your hands when cleaning dishes or using cleaning products. The cleaning products have chemicals that can seriously dry out your hands. The hot water with the dish soap can ruin your hands by drying them out. 3. When washing your hands, leave a small lotion next to the handsoap and remind yourself to apply cream after each handwash to moisturize your skin.
