You are a hot girl, no matter what size or how you appear. And in true Hot Girl fashion, working out is a necessity. We need to care for our temple, and our bodies are worth the love and dedication. So however your workout looks like, put on your banger playlist and get your game face ready. 


Walking for 30 to 45 minutes is an effective workout if done so daily. It helps build your stamina and endurance and helps your heart. We need to target the visceral fat, the most important fat to lose. You can be skinny and have visceral fat, which is the fat that surrounds your heart, lungs, and the rest of your abdominal organs. 


Having some visceral fat is normal as it gives space to your abdominal organs. However, too much can be fatal and increases the risks of medical issues down the line. 


According to Web MD and Healthline, some of the medical issues are 

  • Heart Disease 
  • Alzheimer's 
  • Type 2 Diabetes 
  • Stroke 
  • High Cholesterol
  • High Blood pressure
