Prevent Bloating with this Healthy Tea

Do you have uncomfortable bloating? I found a tea that helps tummy-bloating, relieves gas, and aids in constipation. It can also help with nausea but consult with a medical professional when pregnant to see if it is personally safe for you. Now you can spend the day how you want to without the discomfort. Please keep it going for an entire month to see its effects.



Ingredients 

  • 1/4 cup of mint leaves
  • 1 ounce of ginger
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp lemon water 
  • One peppermint tea bag
  • One pitcher of hot water 

You can put it in a mesh bag or leave it loose in an enormous container, let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes depending on the potency you want, and then strain it into another container. 


You can leave the tea stored in the fridge. Tea will be good up until five days.
